Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:
· Identify potential clients through thorough market research, referrals and networking.
· Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
· Collaborate with the team to convert leads into clients.
2. Statutory Compliance and Reporting:
· Prepare and submit accurate statutory reports (e.g., PAYE, NAPSA, VAT, TOT, NHIMA) for both
the company and its clients.
· Ensure strict compliance with local tax laws and regulations.
· Keep abreast of regulatory changes and adapt processes accordingly.
3.Strategic Marketing Campaigns:
· Work closely with the team to create and execute targeted campaigns.
· Utilize digital channels, social media platforms and events to promote business and
associated services.
· Monitor campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.
4. Financial Operations and Bookkeeping:
· Maintain meticulous financial records using QuickBooks Online.
· Record transactions, reconcile accounts, and generate accurate financial statements.
· Monitor cash flow, track expenses and analyze revenue trends.
· Collaborate with the team on budgeting and forecasting.
5. Executive and General Administrative Tasks:
· Organize and maintain company documents, contracts and records.
· Handle vendor and supplier management, ensuring timely payments and smooth relationships.
Job Requirements
Proven experience in an accounting system.
· Strong in applications and knowledge in excel and word.
· Proven experience in any payroll system.
· Strong understanding of payroll processes.
· Knowledge of relevant labor laws and financial regulations.
